Delivery

Free International Delivery: We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $600.
For orders under $600, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times may vary depending on your country and local customs. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their local authorities.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be settled by the recipient.
Please note that refusal of delivery does not cancel customs charges. Any fees billed back to us by the courier including customs charges and return shipping fee, will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We offer FREE next day delivery to the UK, Monday - Friday.
A Saturday Delivery Service is available within the UK for orders placed before 3pm on Friday. This service incurs an additional charge and can be selected at check out.
Our couriers do not currently deliver on public holidays.
Our couriers will not be operating on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.
• Orders will be dispatched the following day with next working day delivery.
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. Use the shipping estimator in the cart to check your shipping rates.
Standard Next Day delivery applies to working days only and currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland.
We offer international shipping with delivery times typically ranging from 3-7 business days to Europe and 7-10 days to other regions. To see shipping charges for your country, please proceed to the checkout page. (taxes and import duties not included)
When your order has shipped, you will receive and email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
